Had a new condensing boiler and radiators fitted by Paul and his team of Ryan and Dom excellent throughout the process. Very happy with end result and wouldn't hesitate to use Bramshaw again. Mr & Mrs Rosewell
Booked for the first time for an annual boiler service and repair. We had prompt replies to emails and the engineer arrived as scheduled and did a thorough job. The service and repair were completed in a timely manner, recorded as appropriate and prices were reasonable.
Paul and his team were excellent throughout, from diagnosing the problems with the old boiler and recommendations for a new one, right through to final checks and addressing any snags. The installation was done quickly and very neatly, and the quality of the installation was fantastic. The team were friendly, helpful and supportive, and gave constant reassurance and updates in the work and when it would be completed.
