I had a very positive experience with BWC. The doctor and staff were professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. I also appreciated their follow-up and reminders, which showed a high level of care and responsibility. In my experience, the negative reviews do not reflect the quality of service provided.
Don’t let the negative reviews scare you away. I read them and was uneasy , but it was a completely opposite experience. Everyone here is super caring, nice, compassionate and non judgemental. They made a stressful ordeal a lot easier. And it was not long at all, followed all the instructions , arrived on time , and I was in and out in 1 hour and 30 mins. Thank you BWC ❤️
This place is not discreet or professional. They make you wait in the lobby of a public building for over 30 minutes. There procedures need to be re-examined for the privacy of There customers. And who plays movies that may trigger the same people coming to you for help
Very disappointing experience with this clinic. Just for a 4 weeks of pregnancy of wife they told for Surgical Abortion instead of Medical Abortion, when we asked Reason the front desk lady said go find other clinic. What's wrong with her ? We reported this to our Doctor and they sent us to some other clinic. Never consider this !! Also The receptionist/front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional during the phone call.
