I have been visiting Brampton Vision almost over past 14 years and can affirm I am a very satisfied client. Dr.Simrin is just awesome- just like a home member and does not make you feel rushed . She gives absolute attention to details and does have a great memory. The staff at the reception are also just awesome. Having seen many opticians over my +70 years, I have no hesitation is recommending them.
Always an amazing experience! The staff is great, accommodating & always courteous. Dr. Sud is knowledgeable & always looking out for the patient's best interest. Highly recommended!
I booked an eye exam at Vision Centre on Bovaird Drive, which I was told would cost $165—up from $120 last year. On reaching here, I was informed that in order to receive my contact lena prescription, I needed to pay an additional $55 for a test that was not mentioned beforehand. In total, I ended up paying $205. When I asked for clarification, the doctor told me that the person at the front desk might be new and didn’t know the correct pricing. My experience at Dr. Sud‘s office is all pleasurable everybody’s so sweet and nice specially Sandy. She goes out of her way to help her patient.
I had quite an emergency which could’ve gone really bad but I rushed to vision eye centre and Dr. Jafferji gave me a huge sense of relief knowing that the situation is not as bad as it seems and will recover with the right appropriate treatment. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff.
