My golden retriever peach has been seeing Dr. Lee since she was a puppy, he’s always so patient and sweet to her. He takes the time to explain everything which is really appreciated. Always leave happy.
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The level of care and professionalism I encountered did not meet basic expectations. Dr. Lee spoke to me in a condescending and patronizing way, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Throughout the visit, I felt bombarded with multiple treatment options and services that felt unnecessary and were presented in a pushy way rather than as thoughtful suggestions. Beware! Dr. Lee cares more about making money, than he does your pet. He recommended very expensive tests & procedures for our pet. He spoke to us in a very disrespectful way when we questioned the necessity of the tests/procedures and the extremely high costs associated. We went for a second opinion at another vet and the tests he recommended were not necessary at all. HIs staff are very friendly but we would never trust him with another pet, nor would we recommend him.
Brampton Veterinary Hospital is an awesome place to take your fur babies. They are not only honest and fair and very caring to your fur babies needs and to the owners as well. I trust them implicitly with my babies. The staff are absolutely amazing and kind. Dr Lee is awesome. He explains everything you need to know and is very helpful and caring about your pet.
