It has been a very positive experience for me from the appointment booking by phone to the friendly customer service of the front staff and the technician. My technician (I believe her name is Farah) was very friendly, thorough during my examination and easy to talk to during my procedure.
Julia is one of the best technicians. Polite and always professional. Been going to her for a few years. Seen a few entitled patients while waiting and always wondered what is wrong with them. It’s quite funny to read biased reviews that contradict many facts in the review. Give respect to get respect. Quiet simple. I guess common sense is not so common these days.
