I had a great experience with Bramalea Oral Surgery and Dr. Friedlich. From the beginning, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made the whole process feel much less stressful. Although in the beginning we encountered an insurance issue, Dr. Friedlich was kind enough to make it right. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made me informed throughout the procedure. I had all four wisdom teeth removed, and the procedure itself went very smoothly so far.

Had wisdom tooth removal surgery with Dr. Manji for all 4 wisdom teeth. His explainations are very concise and he made sure I clearly understood the procedure, recovery timelines, and the best aftercare methods to ensure a smooth recovery. The procedure & recovery themselves went smoothly, and Dr. Manji followed up personally multiple times post-surgery to check in on me. I had to attend this clinic on an emergency visit and was super apprehensive as dentist make me very anxious. From the moment I got the call to walking in the door,it was a God send. The ladies at the front are super professional, kind and helpful Once in the exam room, I didn't wait, they helped me right away. Dr Friedlich was amazing!! He is knowledgable and thorough but also funny and very peaceful. He worked quickly and when he said he would pull my tooth gently I laughed....but he did!
