Worst customer service! My dad brought his car in for a tire swap and oil change and the tires weren’t taken out of storage. The worker yelled at my dad and blamed him for their failure to prepare for his service appointment. Do better
Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid This Location! My wife brought our Nissan Rogue in for service at this location, and it turned out to be a massive mistake. They damaged our vehicle by breaking the oil pan — something that has never been an issue in all the years we've serviced it at another Nissan dealership. Instead of taking accountability, they tried to shift the blame to our previous, reliable service provider — the one we've used since day one with zero issues.
