Their hoist is broken since last year. Complimentary car wash is never given unless asked. Customer service women are trained to sell, without knowing what they say - doesn't make sense most of the time.

Excellent service. I took the tire insurance package when I bought the car. Had a flat tire today with side of the tire also having some damage. Took it here and they changed the tire; no hassle. In and out in 20 mins. Genuine people :)
