There are enough hit or miss reviews here to make you second guess this place. I read them all and still decided to go with them. Don’t make the same mistake I did. They care about their bottom line (dollar), the moment they have your money, all customer service is thrown out the window. Had the easiest time finding the right flooring because of the help I received from Janette. She was polite and professional and knowledgeable. She made this whole leg of my renovation journey so quick and simple. The store has a great selection of options and great prices. It's rare, that you find this kind of service after your purchase even, anywhere!..Janette, is absolutely phenomenal, when you go there, make sure to ask for her. Keeps her word , follows up, and is extremely knowledgeable, and beyond reliable. She's been doing floors for years, her knowledge extends way beyond that even.
