Terrible customer service. Period.
Worst quality vinyl flooring out there. If I could give less then one star, I would. All my floors in my entire house look like this. (See attached photos) I’ve tried to talk to the manager, no one will help us. They know I have a disabled son with a paediatric walker. He’s going to trip all over these floors. They have attempted to fix this floor 5-7 times in the same week. We don’t even live in this house yet but we’re moving in very soon. We’re going to have no flooring. Good customer service
Nope. If I could give zero stars I would. We were there last November to purchase flooring for our home renovation. The woman we spoke to was very pushy, but we liked the floor, so we went ahead and ordered. It was picked up a few weeks later on wrapped skids and tucked it away for the winter (as we go away). The renovation continued in May, and we opened up all of the flooring yesterday...IT IS NOT THE FLOOR WE ORDERED AND PAID FOR! It is absolute JUNK!!
