Extremely fast! I ordered some glass to be cut to add some extra shelves in my display cabinet. They responded to my messages very quickly, even though it was a weekend. They gave me a surprisingly good price too! My glass was ready in 1 day. They packed it all safely and the workers were friendly to talk to as they were packing my order. I was sent upstairs to make payment and was greeted with a smile. The girl at the desk is cute too. Highly recommend them for custom glass work!
