I attend the clinic for regular foot care due to a long-term condition. I always have a pleasant experience going in. The staff are pretty relaxed and easy to engage in some conversation. The foot specialist always listens to my concerns and allows me enough time to explain them to her. She is very good in her treatment and I always leave feeling much better compared to coming in. My work schedule is a little unpredictable and the staff are always accommodating to help me schedule a visit to the clinic.
The staff at this place need to learn how to be respectful to customers especially when they have a disability. My father was told he cannot sit in the waiting area while my mom had her appointment and that he should wait outside in the car. She doesn’t drive and my father has a disability that prevents him from sitting in certain positions for long periods of time especially in his vehicle. 2 Staff members bombarded him about how to park and telling him to go outside. I am very happy that I was referred to this foot clinic by my family doctor. I had an ingrown toenail and the foot doctor took her time to explain all of my options to me. I felt fully satisfied with her explaining all of my options in detail for me to make an informed decision. I was afraid that maybe the clinic would try to push orthotics on me. This place is a joke twice I went there for nothing lame excuses.They only answer the phone when they feel like it . I ask to use the washroom they send me to Tim Hortons down the street. This place should close down
