I was at this place lately had a great experience. The doctor was so knowledgable and friendly. Completely satisfied.
Very fast and reliable
I’m writing this in regards to the most recent reviews I just noticed on ‘ Brampton Eyes Clinic ‘ from these 2 individuals’ Faryal & Amir ‘ because I visit ‘ Brampton Eyes ‘ more than usual. I’m a witness of what exactly happened there because I was on a call with the staff at the time these 2 individuals ‘ Faryal & Amir ‘ but the guy mostly, were arguing about not paying the check-up fee to the Clinic. We went on Dec 22,2002 and experienced worst experience of our life as couple. Receptionist was informed that patient is diabetic and she agreed to cover by OHIP but after exam she and the doc Zara Shaukat started to ask money or fax from family doctor or Medicines as proof of diabetic s. We said that why the receptionist didn’t tell us when booking the appointment that you guys will ask proof. My wife does not speak English well and does not know the meaning of OHIP and diabetic cause we call this disease “ sugar” back home... read more
