Please dont do bussines with this company Richard Thompson is a scammer and fraud , July 2018 I gave him 1900 for a apartment I never got the apt he has promised me 2 other apts. I finally learned the apts that he promisses to rent he already has tenants living there . I filed a civil law suit against him because he is giving me a hard time refunding me my money he is a liar and he is not professional

Horrible experience . Worst realtor that you could ever work with . Nothing was done that he said would be done . We found the apartment in november , was suppose to be done renovating dec 1st , 2017 for us to move in . It's now march 1st 2018 n he still is not done . I gave him holding money, still haven't given me my money back after I said over a week ago that I wasn't doing business with him anymore . He goes MIA whenever he feels like it .
