Had my Endoscopy done on Sunday July 27th. One of most professional team with care. Everything was done on time . Staff and doctors are very detailed oriented. Way better than being in the hospital. You guys are rock!
I was told to arrive at 10:45am, and noon comes, and still haven’t been seen. Np one tells you anything, and I haven’t eaten for over 29 hours. Very poor management and inconsideration for those who are waiting. Not impressed one bit.

From the moment I walked in, the staff at Brampton Endoscopy made me feel calm, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Everyone I interacted with, from the reception to the nurses and doctors, was incredibly friendly, kind, and patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, never rushing or brushing anything off.
