I always book with my family doctor, Dr. Mak 10/10 he’s so nice and thorough. However I’ve never had any bad experiences with the front staff until today the lady i spoke with was quite dismissive. I just wanted to provide this feedback because this experience was unwelcoming and disappointing for me especially because my entire family and I have been coming here for many years.
Dr. Hui is an amazing doctor who truly cares about her patients. In Brampton, many walk-in clinics feel rushed and business-focused, but Dr. Hui stands out. She is Compassionate , attentive, and clearly in the right field. Highly recommended.

I found the environment to be challenging, and my interactions with Dr. Shilash were often marked by rudeness and impatience. I am thankful that I am no longer required to see this doctor. We have been going there for more than 2.5 years now. Dr Patricia Hui is our physician and we are very fortunate that she is our doctor. She is one of the best doctors who is very compassionate as well as a great listener. Front staff and support staff are also very polite and friendly.
