I've been here for over a year. It's truly positive experience every visit. The front desk staff are so welcoming and efficient. Nurses ,clinical team and all the doctors are incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile in patients care. The manager of this clinic is genuinely kind and deeply committed to make sure everything runs smoothly. Such an amazing lady and dedicated to her work.

Absolutely disgusting service at this doctor. I made an appointment months ago which I had to drive an hour and a half just to get there and be told my appointment was never booked into the calendar by accident. They rescheduled me but due to my dog suddenly being diagnosed with cancer I had missed my appointment. I tried to book a new appointment online which I was called by the manager and informed that she had to cancel my appointment and reschedule me but she was not able to open the doctor schedule so she would have to ... read more

Calling for Doctor Appointment is waiting time is 40 minutes but making Appointment date is least then 40 seconds???? WHY???????????

Admin staff at this medical centre (Brampton E. Medical Group at 60 Gillingham Dr. in Brampton) has become less professional, much less caring, borderline rude, confused about their job duties, curt, unpleasant to talk to and very unkind. Things are changing for the worse dramatically.

Had an appointment for 6:20, it is 7pm and still waiting! There's another patient who had hers booked for 6:10 and still waiting
