This is worst place ever , because of receptionists ..mostly times I asked them for appointment on phone , they told me they don’t make appointments on phone , you can come walk in early morning , and you can be seen by doctor on time “Even though I was the 3rd person to arrive, I was told to wait over an hour and a half because the doctor only sees patients who already belong to their family practice. Booked an appointment twice but dr is not there and I drive 30 mins to the clinic and it happened twice, everytime they told me its a app glitch like then why would the phone service and they tell to book appointment online? Whats the point. Wasted. I wish the service and professionalism is better at this clinic.
Wait time over the roof
I had an appointment booked for my wife and me on August 21, 2025. When we arrived, the clinic doors were locked. After asking around, we found out the doctor wasn’t available due to a family emergency. While I understand emergencies happen, we received no prior notice, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient since we had planned our day around this visit. Better communication with patients is really needed — a quick call, text, or email would have saved us the trip and the frustration
They never answer the calls. Good doctors with a very bad reception staff
