Friendly staff Doctor’s are nice
I went in for a cleaning and had a really great experience. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. The cleaning was done very well and everything felt professional and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I have many illnesses that cause unfortunate tooth decay but not once have any of the dentist made be feel “ashamed” or at fault for what has happened to my teeth. Any time I’ve shown or flat out told I’ll be experiencing anxiety or fear they have done their best to assure me I’ll be ok, that they’ll do whatever they can to help me. I had a very disappointing experience with this business. The service was poor, unprofessional, and did not meet basic expectations. On top of that, I was pressured with a demand to pay $190, and was even told that if I didn’t pay, they would send the matter to a collection agency. This approach felt aggressive and inappropriate, especially given the quality of service provided. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and fair treatment—not threats. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
Had a great experience! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the doctor took their time with the exam, which I really appreciated. The tall girl at the front explained everything so clearly and patiently. Highly recommend!
