I had a really good keloid removal experience here. The staff members were very accommodating and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure that the process was painless and comfortable for me. The prices were also reasonable compared to many other locations.
I've been a BCS client for about 4-years now - and I've lost count of the number of friends and family that I've referred to Dr. Sleightholm and his team. They're professional, compassionate and very warm & welcoming. Just call them and you'll see what I mean right away.
I came here for skin tag removal and I was extremely happy with my results. Dr.S explained everything to me that would happen and told me about aftercare for the procedure. Not only that the reception desk and all other assistants were very helpful when I had any questions. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend anyone to book an appointment.

I had an osteoma removed at this place, and I am very happy with the results. It is completely gone, and the scar is not visible. Everything healed well. I appreciated how no one ever tried to convince me to go ahead with the procedure. Everyone was polite in all my interactions. I am very nervous as it comes to any medical procedures, and the doctor and the assistant did their best to make me feel comfortable and treated me with kindness.
