Absolutely terrible in every way this place is a joke
I recently did a gyno surgery here and everything from the begginng everything was nice words until after the surgery. The following day after my surgery I notice my left side chest was bigger than my rite and look lumpy still I call the dr the same day he told colud have been the swelling. I kept telling him I don't think so. He insist so I took his word for it evrymonth goes by it still look the same way I go in before my surgery. I feel like the staff here is very defensive. You can clearly see that in the responses they provide to clients review . I feel like you need to take the time and follow-up properly with your clients when they complain but all you do , is give excuses or reasons as to why what happened actually did. This in my opinion is not good customer service and just because Guiliana has been there for 20 years plus , it does not make her perfect . You all need to take a critical look at customers complains .
Everyone I dealt with was super lovely. They were very accommodating, very informative, very helpful. Great experience.
