I recently visited Brampton Audiology for my daughter and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was welcoming, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. During the appointment, the audiologist was thorough, taking time to explain the tests and the technology behind them. Dr Ronnie is simply the best..articulate and patient...takes the time to explain all issues..
I went to this clinic for an audiologic examination and it was an amazing experience. Dr. Ronnie was very knowledgeable and he went out of his way to explain to me every test we did (purpose and what part of the ear was tested). The staff were also very nice and I would 100% recommend this clinic.
Staff and Dr. were super helpful and clear with all the procedures involved in my ear exams and custom ear plugs.
I can not even begin to describe how absolutely incredible Dr. Roberto Guadagno was with my 3 year old son. Not only was Dr. Guadagno patient with our son, but he was patient with my wife and I as well, and all of our many questions. ALL of our concerns were addressed.
