I travelled all the way from Fergus to see Dr. Ronnie because I had heard so many great things from family and friends. He was incredible with my 3 year old son, patient and funny and made our experience so easy. The front desk team was extremely accommodating in getting us an appointment. I highly recommend!
Brampton Audiology is very professional and knowledgeable establishment. I’ve been going here for many years for ear cleanings and Dr. Roney and team are truly amazing and kind. Incredibly thorough and thoughtful. I got a very clear idea of my hearing loss and the options for treatment... I actually pick up my hearing aids tomorrow! Do yourself a favor, go to a real doctor of audiology, rather than having a test done at a hearing aid retail store. The results might very well be the same, but you'll be given so much more understanding when dealing with a doctor than a technician.
I recently visited Brampton Audiology for my daughter and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was welcoming, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. During the appointment, the audiologist was thorough, taking time to explain the tests and the technology behind them.
