Beyond thankful for Bramm’s Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning! They were able to get us in within 24 hours of calling, which we’re so grateful for with the colder weather coming up. The technician was prompt and right on time, and the receptionist was super easy to communicate with. It turned out to be a simple fix — our thermostat just needed to be replaced, and thankfully he had one right in his vehicle. We are beyond grateful for the amazing service and will definitely be using them again!
Simply put - they're awesome. I've got an older Rheem unit in my house and I switched to Bramm's after getting tired of the constant sky high estimates from one of the larger shops in Rhinelander. I am long overdue in providing a review of Bramm's. The bottom line... they have been nothing but outstanding when working with us. They are knowledgeable, honest, friendly, hard working, very responsive and fairly priced. Nineteen years ago they replaced our furnace and added extensive ductwork throughout our home. Bramm’s installed a mini-split air conditioner for us this year, and we couldn’t have been more happy with the service. Everyone was very friendly and professional. This is an outstanding company, and I highly recommend it.
Have used this company a few times now and highly recommend them. They are easy to talk with and quick with services at a fair price.
