Simply put - they're awesome. I've got an older Rheem unit in my house and I switched to Bramm's after getting tired of the constant sky high estimates from one of the larger shops in Rhinelander. I'm glad I switched. After coming out the last couple of years they've done annual tune ups and recommended I swap my blower motor last fall. Working with them has been like night and day. I am long overdue in providing a review of Bramm's. The bottom line... they have been nothing but outstanding when working with us. They are knowledgeable, honest, friendly, hard working, very responsive and fairly priced. Nineteen years ago they replaced our furnace and added extensive ductwork throughout our home. Bramm’s installed a mini-split air conditioner for us this year, and we couldn’t have been more happy with the service. Everyone was very friendly and professional. This is an outstanding company, and I highly recommend it.
Have used this company a few times now and highly recommend them. They are easy to talk with and quick with services at a fair price.
Great customer service and timely response! Would highly recommend and will use for my future needs. Tim was very helpful! It’s great to know there are companies out there who provide old fashion service and not looking to get rich off you.
