In the summer of this year I had a leaky faucet in my bathtub. I had a plumber come out to what I thought would be an easy fix. He ended up catching my place on fire. The plumber admitted fault, but even their insurance and my OWN insurance was giving me the run around. Nothing made sense to me and this was the most stressful time in my entire life. Don't expect to get a return phone call or email. They fall short on communication and building trust.
Do not hire Chelsey Brammel. She does not keep you advised to what is going on with your issue. She does not return phone calls or emails. She tells you time lines but never does the work to complete those time lines. When you do finally get her, by showing up at her office, she apologizes but nothing changes. Her staff tell you that she will call but she never does. Both offices in LaGrange and Cambellsburg give you the same run around. She cashes your check but doesn’t do her job that you hire her for.
