Shame on you for not learning from a serious mistake. I would have hoped that after something this significant, your approach to patient care would have changed—but sadly, it hasn’t. Horrible... don't trust this guy, he refuses to recommend a x-ray and will continue to treat patients without proper knowledge of what the issue really is.
