GPs have been good in my experience, but the reception is disgusting. Zero phone manners, zero sympathy, terrible attitude. I'm sure there are other people who would actually appreciate the job. Get rid of them and hire someone with a better attitude.
This place is a joke! The telephone service is useless. Never anyone available to see! Utter disgrace!

Receptionist extremely unhelpful and frankly rude about the total lack of appointment availability. If by some miracle you can get an appointment then the GP might be nice Updated because yet again the receptionists are useless. They lose forms, fail to pass on necessary information, and constantly 'forget' to fulfill the most basic functions of their jobs
Rang at 8am and was seen by a GP at 9am the same day. Both the receptionist and the GP were helpful and friendly.
