Stupid staff and worst service
Miss booked call appointments, mess around with medication, and now messing around with booked home visit . Cant make this up if I tried. Especially being housebound patient and feeling extremely unwell, my tests results been abnormal for more than 2yrs on various things, the negligence here is unbelievable and complaint to practice manager are seen as a joke and not dealt with... (currently looking into complaining higher)
5 stars+ for Miss Maisha Rahman. I am soo grateful for having discussed my medical problems with Miss Maisha Rahman. She really listened , and explained me everything I needed to know. I wish, and it would be nice if ALL medical staff would cared and listened the patients the way she does.
