I have used Bramidan about 3 or 4 times. The last repair I needed from Bramidan took almost 2 months to happen. We had an issue with a wire on our baler and got it fixed. It then leads to a problem with the control key on our power switch. Somehow it broke the very next day. It ended in a ton of back and forth once I finally got a hold of them (due to email issues apparently).
