I had recently moved to Ballarat where my car was damaged by a trolley. I am a very hesitant person when it comes to letting others work on my car, as I prefer to do things myself. However, Brame was recommended and I could not have asked for a better job or service, very down to earth and pleasant to deal with. Don't go elsewhere in the Ballarat region.
Fantastic customer service very helpful and friendly too. Matt and the staff were outstanding. Very professional and thorough and did an excellent job. Car looked amazing, like new again. Went above and beyond all expectations. Highly Recommend

Booked an appointment to get photos for the car insurance which they already agreed to do it. The owner cancelled the appointment at the last minute.
