Dr. Rai is great. The receptionist is having very ridiculous attitude. I went for my appointment in July 2024 for my appointment, but receptionist said I missed my appointment already it was not that day, but I always plan my all appointments ahead of the time and right for me as a reminder. In this busy life and with pain sometimes less or more, everyone wants to be organised with appointment dates. She asked me to pay no show fee, I asked not to pay as it was not my mistake but hers. Dr.Sekhon was fantastic.professional,careing,took time to explain everything.very considerate to my husband who has mobility issues.one of the nicest Doctors ever.
Dr. Rai is the best! There’s no rushing me through the appointment, he’s super kind and actually cares for his patients. Also he makes sure I understand what’s going on and always answers all my questions. It’s nice to see how determined he is to find the right treatment and how on top of follow ups he is. This is how all specialists should be!
