They are so helpful and kind and they always over estimate the time waiting. Like I know doctors have lengthy wait times but they always take us sooner somehow. They were quick with getting us referrals, it’s lovely going there
Great service. I am visiting this clinic from last 6 years. Dr. Singharam is really professional and always listen to patient’s concerns. Moreover, the receptionist guy is also helpful and professional. Thanks for your awesome service.
I had a disappointing experience with the service, particularly with the receptionist, (the indian gentlemen that works at the front desk). Who seemed unhelpful and unfriendly. I believe it's important for patients to feel comfortable asking questions, as we all have the right to seek information about our care. Unfortunately, this encounter left me feeling frustrated. Awful experience .
Never keep on time even though an appointment..! At lest 15 minutes we are able to wait but more than 1 hour..! No point of meaning for appointment…!!
