The second CDCP came out they dropped their disability coverage like a hot turd. Worse, suddenly there's new things in the bill like extra uncovered rounds of scaling because I can't tell them to get bent like the provincial government will. Reviews on the new owner's old practice shows this isn't new behaviour. Used to be a perfectly acceptable dentist. Things started going after Dr. Takahashi retired, new owner came and suddenly there's upselling and charges getting split in two to get more cash. Now they're engaging in borderline fraud. Referred me over to Kensington up the street for a biopsy, biopsy costs almost $300 and isn't covered... ...except I found out later IT IS, it would have been 100% covered by freakin' OHIP if they had referred me to a hospital instead of a clinic they're probably getting a cut from. Stephen and Nell at the front desk are amazing! Friendly and always smiling. All staff are terrific! Would highly recommend this office.

Recently I asked what could be done to improve the look of my two chipped front teeth. Dr Salma was very patient and explained all the options available. I thought it was going to cost a fortune and not be covered by my insurance. However Dr Salma suggested the least expensive option, Bonding using a Composite resin, which was thankfully partially covered.
