I have lived here for over 8 years I have seen it go downhill in the last few years especially the last year. It is now full of drugs it is no longer a 55-plus community people under 30 are living in here we have no on site manager the homeless coming in here people coming in here to buy drugs from residents people not taking care of their lots they're full of trash lots of unregistered vehicles sitting around people coming in and living with residents who have not been cleared through management. Just moved in & absolutely LOVE IT! It's quiet, lots of shade trees & everyone is so nice & helpful! Hard to get into but Highly Recommend if you can find an empty spot or a trailer for sale!
