Kristin is outstanding. We worked with her for our intimate winter wedding and we were just thrilled with how she decorated our ceremony and reception area. We wanted a cozy wintery vibe with evergreens and candles and she made it even better than I envisioned. All my guests were raving about the decor! One of them even when around taking pictures because she loved it so much! We are so happy we chose to work with Bramble + Bloom!
Really need to improve communication and customer service so a gift does not become a burden to the person receiving birthday flowers. Please correct your info for open hours on Google maps and post them SOMEWHERE on website, and read emails before replying so I don’t need to repeat myself for a simple request.

I’m disappointed. I’m sure i’m going to get a response on this review completely denying everything but I don’t care. This needs to be said. Being a first time bride, I wasn’t sure what to be expecting with a phone call with a florist, or as Kristin calls herself, an artist. I was pretty nervous in the beginning and throughout the entire phone call we had. My needs for my wedding were ignored and not met. Almost every idea I had was put down by Kristin.
