The customer service when purchasing glasses is terrible. First of all the warranty starts on the day you select your glasses and pay for the. It takes a week to two weeks to get your new prescription, and if there are any problems which I had. They kept telling me to try the glasses even though I told them I had trouble seeing with them, after a month of complaining they changed the lends for me, so it took almost 2 months since payment, therefore the warranty was really only for 10 months not 12 months.
