My sister had one of the best experience coming to the clinic with the social worker komal. Komal was very polite and patient and explained the whole process of what my day would look like. My sister felt comfortable sharing her problems with Komal. This clinic is the best because not only did my sister get her healthcare, she was also informed of ontario works program, which helped me with me and my sister financially. This is one of the best health care centres in Canada. The office staff, nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors are respectful and knowledgeable. They use every resource available to save and help you. Best of all, they welcome everyone. There is no discrimination. No matter your race, you will be accepted and respected.
I have called multiple times in the past week to book a simple phone appointment and have not received any call back yet. Every time I call it always goes to voicemail.
