This is one of the best health care centres in Canada. The office staff, nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors are respectful and knowledgeable. They use every resource available to save and help you. Best of all, they welcome everyone. There is no discrimination. No matter your race, you will be accepted and respected.
I have called multiple times in the past week to book a simple phone appointment and have not received any call back yet. Every time I call it always goes to voicemail.
My nurse is always cheerful a delight to see whenever I go..the girls at the front desk is also very nice and willing to help me..when I go I always greet them and talk politely because I'm accustom being treated good.
