Ridiculous lack of respect for patients' time. Why even allow people to book an appointment if you're going to make them wait over an hour? Unorganized and extremely frustrating experience.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Siva. I was visiting from Switzerland and had very limited time to get my eyes checked, so I really appreciated how accommodating and efficient he was. He took the time to thoroughly assess my vision, explained everything clearly, and made thoughtful recommendations that made choosing the right glasses so much easier. Went in for an eye exam after a few years and had a great experience. Amina at the front desk processed everything quickly and efficiently, and she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The entire visit was smooth from start to finish, and the staff made the experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
