We’ve had a great experience with Dr.Siva and his staff. They are always kind, patient, and genuinely caring, especially when it comes to my mom. Appointments are easy to book, and they’re very quick to get her in when needed, which we truly appreciate. It’s comforting to know she’s in such good hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist.
Very unprofessional experience. I was told over the phone that my insurance was valid and the eye exam would be fully covered. I even confirmed this before booking, and they said everything was “good to go.” After the exam, they suddenly said their system wasn’t working earlier and that I had to pay. This should have been checked before my appointment, not after the service was done. This felt very misleading and poorly handled. I would not recommend this place.
Really disappointing experience. Before booking, I confirmed multiple times that my insurance was active and that the eye exam would be fully covered. They reassured me everything was fine. But after the exam, I was told I had to pay because they hadn’t actually checked my insurance earlier due to a “system issue.” This is not acceptable — verification should be done before the appointment, not after. I felt misled and frustrated by how this was handled. Definitely not a professional experience.
