I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this walk-in clinic. I came in while in pain, hoping to see Doc Dhillon, only to be turned away because my health card had just expired. I understand policies exist, but I’ve never had an issue with an expired card at other clinics before—especially when I clearly needed care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Every experience I’ve had at this clinic has been a nightmare. JOANNE CHAMI, a so-called “doctor” at the clinic, was my family physician for two years. To call her unprofessional would be a massive understatement. She’s disrespectful, careless, dismissive, sloppy and extremely rude. Any and ALL appointments I’ve had with her was treated with the same decency as you would expect when ordering a pizza. The staff is so friendly and doctor so humble
Unprofessional and Rude Receptionist. I do not know her name but she was at the desk on April 7,2025 at 2pm. I am giving one star only because of Dr Budhuraja.
