I visited this clinic last week and today, what I noticed “superlative customer service “ at reception. Receptionist “Krishna and Kuldeep” ; keep up good job.
Dr. Budhiraja is an amazing doctor, not debating that here. However, the scheduling is absolutely abysmal! I feel it is so disrespectful to not value the patient's time. They always overbook, and there is never less than an hour waiting even when you book an appointment. That defeats the whole purpose of booking one and taking time out of my day. I always have to write off half a day if I know I have to go to the clinic because you can not plan anything after the appointment as you never know how many HOURS you'll be there. ... read more
This place deserves more stars because of my experience with Dr. Chami. She is experienced, knowledgeable and a great physician. Although, clinic can improve their wait times a little for when you go into the clinic with an appointment. But the doctor just deserves a little more appreciation for always listening to whatever the patients have to say. "RECEPTIONIST" GAVE VACCINE TO BABY AND MADE ERROR AND SHE HAS THE AUDICITY TO SAY THAT ITS PARENTS FAULT AND DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR HER MISTAKE. The doctor on duty said that she is most experienced. The real question is is she qualified? It's a baby and baby tend to move a bit when something prick in the skin.
