Got everything taken care of over the phone ordered a piece of stainless steel I'll be picking it up in the next few days, thank you for making that easy breezy.
Called for some info about metal a person answered phone then seemed like hung up. I called back rang for ever then man on the other end seemed in a big hurry like I was bothersome when I tried asking for information. Very disappointed with how I was treated as a possible customer.
Called ahead to ask for hours of operation cause we had to drive 2 hours to their location a representative said they closed at 4 pm Our driver got there at 3.25 to find out they were closed,I called and they answered the phone to tell us that they were at the office still but had no workers at the warehouse, Come on need workers to load 2 sheets of 16 ga aluminum??
