Our bathroom was renovated 15 years ago and the shower grout needed a refresh. Ivan did an excellent job cleaning and sealing the grout and tiles on the shower floor and replacing the cracked grout with silicone caulking between the floor and wall. Looks like a new again.
Ivan and Pamela are amazing. Ivan's skill and attention to detail is fantastic. I challenged him with making sliding bookcases for me to separate the dining room from the family room and he nailed it! I didn't want grout lines in the kitchen so he applied the same granite as the counters to the backsplash and even around the window. The craftsmanship is unbelievable. Brako renovated our basement from top to bottom including a fully remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and countertops. They also helped us plan the layout and to pick the colors and finishings. Could not be happier with their work, it was done on time and on budget. Will definitely be working with them for our future projects.
