I highly recommend Jerry Braklow and his team if you are wanting a quality and affordable custom build home. I moved from Dallas and decided to reserve a lot off 175th and Quivira. I saw the last post pop up and I second his response. We moved into Overland Park about 2 1/2 years ago and Jerry was awesome to work with. My husband and I bought a new home for sale that was already finished and Jerry was very friendly and accommodating to still let us change some things before buying it.
