DO NOT buy anything from them. Unfortunately I didn’t look at reviews before ordering. After ordering some brake pads, they went silent. Multiple ways to contact them but no one will respond. The site and ordering process was quick and easy until you realize you’ll never get the parts. Absolutely a scam company.
Should have read these reviews first. My brother ordered calipers and never received them. Tried contacting anyone at Brakeworld and no response. Filed a CC dispute to get his money back. Total SCAM.
Absolute scammers this company is. My mechanic helped me get a refund and also went an extra mile and got a second and third inspection from other professionals. Once they found out I bought them from brakeworld , he said these merchants are well known scammers . Attached email communication on the product itself
Bought red calipers for my dodge charger. The rears flaked off after a month. Replaced with oem from dodge. The front 6 caliper piston failed on Easter Sunday. Had to replace front calipers and rotors. One rotor was scorched. These people have a flaw in their powder coating process but don’t care to fix it. As others have said don’t do business with them. John Montgomery is a crook and a liar
EDIT: 3 MONTHS LATER BRAKE FLUID IS NOW LEAKING!! AND STILL NOTHING FROM BRAKE WORLD. POS!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! website says “powder coated” calipers started chipping not even a week. and now they won’t email me back to fix the problem. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
