UPDATE from 4/18: Got front/back pads for my 2018 VW Atlas here in metro Atlanta. First week or two was fine. Thereafter, squealing (embarrassingly so). Then the grinding or rubbing of parts. Very professional and quality service! Chris came out and took care of everything I needed done on my car quickly and efficiently. I had an issue with something else on my car that notified him about after he left, but then he had Josh come out and assess the situation and turned out it was another issue with my car that they don't specialize in.
