*Responding to the owner* FROM THE OWNER: I believe you’re referring to the set screw they use to hold the rotors on during manufacturing. These are unnecessary and do not have to be reinstalled. *Responding to the owner* : No, I'm referring to the bolt of the caliper mounting bracket that was missing, Your company was the last company to change the brakes in the car and oddly after the repair, knocking was constantly heard. Warranty on you manual labor should be included for issues like this. Have a good day.
It is my opinion that they are deliberately selling faulty brakes and deliberately avoiding warranty requests when it goes wrong. This seems like a ploy to offload broken parts bought on a discount. What they are doing at this company is illegal, immoral, and fraudulent. You may see a lot of positive reviews, but if you look you'll see many people with the exact same problem. Initially this was a useful service. However, there are many internal issues within this company. The worst is their scheduling. Just about every other time I have used them, they have failed to confirm the appointment and it needed to be rescheduled. At first the double booking was something we accepted as they were responsive and quick about rescheduling. Things got more complicated quickly. They kept putting bad parts on our van. UPDATE from 4/18: Got front/back pads for my 2018 VW Atlas here in metro Atlanta. First week or two was fine. Thereafter, squealing (embarrassingly so). Then the grinding or rubbing of parts. Sounded crazy and more embarrassing. Tech came to my job to look and spray something on them and push something in. Said if I just couldn't handle the noise to get back in touch. Very professional and quality service! Chris came out and took care of everything I needed done on my car quickly and efficiently. I had an issue with something else on my car that notified him about after he left, but then he had Josh come out and assess the situation and turned out it was another issue with my car that they don't specialize in.
