RecommendedLast night my car battery went out as we were dropping off some things at our new house on Aubrey. I ended up calling this local shop to see if they could help us. It was already getting dark and cold out. Steven came right over to help and got it started. He called the guys at the shop to ensure they had a replacement battery for us and then had his guys stay open for us to give a new battery. They were so kind and stayed past closing time to help us. The service here is phenomenal! The staff was so friendly, and informative. The technician even went out of his way to show me the undercarriage of my Jeep. Today was my first time here, but it definitely won’t be my last.🖤
This location is fabulous! I brought in my SUV that was, let's say, well due for some 100k mile items- among other things. Steven and the staff took such great care of us, offered impeccable attention, and timely communication. And I love that their turn-around times, and prices, beat our dealership's! Always very respectful and considerate . Tells me exactly what is needed without adding extra stuff. Friendly and inviting atmosphere and checks to see how you are doing throughout your wait . A shuttle is also available if needed .
I call Steven, the Gen Mgr of this location and he goes over what it will cost to make my wifes car safe and like new again. He was pleasant on the phone and I felt totally comfortable with his recommendations. he is truly a master of his craft, never trying to upsell me, and now, after driving my wifes vehicle, he is the only one I will ever take my vehicles to! Full struts, brakes, tie rods, and everything. its like a brand new car, and she is now safe. Go see Steven, he will take care of you 100%!
Highly responsive and professional. I have had 4 oil changes, front and back struts done, front bearings and 4 inspections from this location. Steven has a great bed side manner and is informative. He offers options and let's us make the decisions for ourselves. Hot coffee and IMMENSELY Clean facility. Very quick too.
