I was referred over to these guys by Steven the store manager at the AutoZone across the street. I actually do roadside service myself, but I absolutely refuse to work on my own stuff as crazy as that may sound. A couple weeks ago, though I needed some stuff done. Went to AutoZone initially to get some parts because I was just gonna break down and do it myself when Steven suggested he had a shop that could probably take care of me. Jacob was great. Very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Not something you can say about too many store Managers these days. I was initially going to go with Goodyear for my service, but after coming here and working with Jacob, I can say I have confidence that all work done to my vehicle will be safe and done right. I was recommended this shop by a friend and they did not disappoint! The new manager is fantastic!! Jacob sat next to me in the waiting room, handed me a paper with prices on it. Explained everything I needed on my car. He then took me into the shop, showed everything to me. He told me what I needed now, and what I could wait on which was very helpful. It was overall a great experience. This will be my new shop for everything!
