My intentions were to share a glowing report regarding my service on Saturday at Brake Plus. Jonah the tech who assisted me was great in his customer service. However, I am disappointed now. I came in to get my air intake hoses replaced on my 2014 MB s-550 that was brought to my attention at Jiffy Lube earlier. I had been coming to Brake Plus for quite awhile up until this point, dropping thousands of dollars on repairs for a 2009 Dodge Avenger.
