I been coming to this location for past three years. Excellent service and I got my vehicle taken care of. Ask for Blake he is the manager, will take care of your vehicle needs.
Staff was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I really appreciate how they took the time to explain components of the estimate to me in a way I could understand. I highly recommend this establishment/location. Bring in your vehicle and have a friendly chat with Dakota.
Jackie was fantastic. She is excellent to deal with and communicated well. She applied coupons for my service and was such a joy to deal with. Thank you Jackie and Cooper Street brakes plus. Blake the store manager is an outstanding professional and very kind with customers. I continue to come to this brakes plus in large part because of his demeanor and service.
I went in for my yearly inspection. I was immediately greeted, with a smile, by Blake. I asked how long the wait would be. He said maybe an hour, sooner if he could. He explained he was short staffed and was working at the counter and in the garage doing inspections. I could see there were two other people already waiting. I agreed to wait.
