I had a really solid experience at Brakes Plus. They were straightforward, helpful, and didn’t try to oversell anything, which is rare these days. I came in for brake work and they walked me through exactly what was needed without any pressure. What stood out even more was watching how they treated other customers. While I was there, an elderly woman came in thinking she needed a new battery, and instead of just selling it to her, they took the time to check it and let her know she didn’t actually need one. They did great work and guided me on an extra repair I needed but they weren’t pushy to get me to do it today. I have been here before and will come back again. They always do great work! They also let me stack coupons which is always nice!
