I went in today after an issue occurred with a tire rotation at a different place. I experienced some grinding after the rotation and was told there was a potential issue with my brake rotor. Britton was more than accommodating, so kind and thoroughly explained what he suspected had happened. Thankfully there were no major issues and rather an error on the business that did the rotation. I was more than pleased with my service at Brakes Plus and would highly recommend this location! Respectful, professional and courteous!!
