My A/C wasn’t blowing out of the vents and the crew figured out my blower motor was bad. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and got me out in a timely manner.
Scheduled an appointment over the phone yesterday and told them I have a Tesla. They said it wouldn't be an issue. I get in 30 min EARLY for them to tell me that they only have 1 tech that does alignments on Tesla's and he's off on Tuesday... Why would you have me schedule an appointment the day that tech is gone?! Absolutely incompetent and a waste of my time.
This place does more than just brakes and James Mcgarvey knocked it out of the park with everything I needed done to my vehicle. Sadly I’m not getting paid for this review but the quality of the work that was provided for my vehicle paid for itself. I highly recommend coming here for staff that actually care about you and your vehicle. (Oh and to all the Veterans out there they give a 10% discount)
My tire pressure was dangerously low. I was right across the street from the Brakes Plus in Colleyville. I pulled in and a very nice young man named James was so sweet to help me out. Even though I received a service there that day; because of his graciousness, I will be returning when I do need a service.
