Had several things done at this location. Brakes, Front Struts, Upper and Lower Ball Joints and Alignment. Awesome service. They are excellent on customer service and honest and upfront from the very start. Thanks to James and the other James for taking good care of my Truck. Don’t know the Technician’s name but thanks to him as well for his expertise. Highly recommended!!!
I had looked up reviews for other locations at Brakes Plus. I wasn’t too confident, especially close to where I live. However, this location in Colleyville had the best reviews. I literally went out of my way to experience it myself. Sure enough every team member at that location was very welcoming. Their customer service was outstanding and at the end of the day. I left satisfied with the cost of the maintenance to my car as well as the customer service provided.
These folks have been just wonderful! They are upfront and honest about what is needed. After sharing with me about a significant and necessary repair, they stayed in constant communication about the work, and they never set an expectation that was unattainable. I cannot express enough about how good I feel about my decision to get work done here. I will come back for all regular maintenance and any additional repairs.
Saw me quickly and got to work on my car. Very kind and professional. Would recommend them to anyone needing help, especially if they need it quickly.
