I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain exactly what my car needed without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. They clearly told me which services were important to take care of now and which ones I could wait on, which I really appreciated. It made me feel confident that I was getting honest advice.
I don't normally post reviews but, I have to say what a great shop this is. I came in late in the day to get brakes replaced on my car and there was an issue with one of them. I left and went back home, around 7PM I received a call from the manager Bryant that everything had been completed. Not only did these guys stay late to make sure I was safe Bryant then offered to deliver the car to my house as I was having some personal issues. Zero STARS!!!!!! I had a very disappointing experience at Breaks Plus. I took my car in for a battery replacement, which in my model (Mercedes-Benz) is located under the driver’s seat. After the service, I discovered that my seat belt was no longer functioning correctly. The seat belt does not retract. When I returned to inquire about the issue, the staff denied any responsibility, insisting that the seat belt is “not connected to the seat.” This was simply not true.
