They got me in early, they are very respectful and attentive, overall it was a really smooth and easy process I definitely recommend getting your oil changes here!
Great service! Quick and friendly
I made an appointment at 2. Got there at 1:58. When I had called for cost estimate and time estimate, the time estimate was 30 min to 1.5 hours. So I stayed. It's 5PM and I needed to leave at 4:45 and now won't be able to make my next appointment of the day. Zero communication on time frame and progress. They said they were down to basically one guy doing the job - which I get i hard, but 3 hours is double the time and ridiculous and I am stuck and going to be late. Won't be back to this location.
Great fast service. I get my oil changes on my Mercedes for a beautiful price here and they are able to reset my light which not all shops are able to do. Real life saver to my wallet. Miss Jackie took great care of my car and was top notch on communicating every step of the way.
I highly recommend this place to have your car serviced and looked at if you have any issues with your vehicle. I needed to have my oil changed and brakes checked Jackie and Logan went above and beyond, not only were they short staffed but they were busy and still were able to get me in and out with a quickness! Thank you Brakes Plus!
