Jake was awesome. He gave me a 10% off educators discount. Explained everything to me in detail, got my Lexus up and running again with no shaking anymore, and did my oil change while I was already there. Amazing Staff and amazing Mechanics. If you’re someone that doesn’t know a lot about cars and need someone to break it down for you, this is the place to go too.

I brought my 2016 Mercedes Benz in two weeks ago and had to have my struts changed out. I was skeptical at first being a female going into an auto repair shop. But Jake delivered on his promises! She rides like she is new and it was sooo much cheaper than going to the dealership! Thanks guys for making me feel safe without draining my bank account!
Well seems ok for the most part my issue is part availability or the ability for the Store to get find or receive parts... I have an older car I've managed shops like this before so I'm pretty good in the inside workings of a shop. Yes the mark up is there ...the work seemed to be pretty good the techs seeem.to be good. But the ineffectiveness of accomplishing the work seems to be a struggle..the ability to find or get parts can be a challenge. I have to find parts myself and bring them in.
