Long wait, Not open at 8:00 so don't show up on time/ early. Doesn't seem like anyone knows what they are doing. Wait was LONG even with an appointment. No one was very helpful and a lot of people just sitting around
With an appointment I waited 2 hours. My vehicle was sitting there looking to be done with 4 workers standing around. Finally I asked the guy what’s going on and he said they just forgot about it. Terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a “quick” oil change.
Always reliable and friendly
This place is amazing! These guys are so kind and always go above and beyond for their customers. You need quality work done? Come here. Always got to treat them to a Costco pizza when I’m around. They appreciate it! Mark and David, you guys are the best! Thank you for all the hard work.
Mark was great and helped me with my brakes after getting them done elsewhere resulting in them having a “knocking” sound. He was able to fix them quickly and I was back on my way! Thank you again, Mark! Definitely recommend Brakes Plus!
